While many discussions focus on access to capital, infrastructure, instability, and policy issues, tax structures needs quietly shape the day-to-day reality global entrepreneurship which can help Haiti be more competitive, more attractive, and more prosperous in the region by getting economic free zones, business hubs, trade and commerce clusters across its 10 departments to activate its economy.

Haiti economy is still at its infancy and can be developed more broadly to create opportunities at scale. Haiti is ranked among the poorest countries in the world and the Latin America and Caribbean( LAC) due to its constant contracted economy for the last 2 or 3 decades. The country’s economic challenges continue to exacerbate social and political pressures and undermines the country’s economic potential and business enviroment to grow with local economies in other regions of the country where businesses can still operate and forge to increase their registration and formality..
